FAQs

What is owner financing?

The seller provides financing to the buyer under agreed terms instead of a traditional lender. Terms (rate, amortization, balloon) are negotiated between the parties and documented by your attorney.

What does “subject-to the existing mortgage” mean?

You acquire the property while the seller’s current loan remains in place. Payments are made according to the existing note while ownership transfers, subject to lender and legal considerations in your jurisdiction.

Are you a law firm or a lender?
